Christ Fellowship Life Academy at Belle Glade

Christ Fellowship Belle Glade offers an exciting opportunity to GET THERE FIRST in the heart of our city! Through our Christ Fellowship Life Academy ministry, K-8th grade students receive hands-on encouragement, care, academic support, and life skills development that helps them dream more and do more in their region and beyond.

Weekday Program

The Weekday Program focuses on education, recreation, and creativity. During the week, we provide tutoring, academic counseling, recreation, encouragement, and leadership development every Monday through Thursday.

Opportunities

  • Classroom & Elective Leader - You will help to facilitate learning and growth within specific grade levels as you will build relationships with students and help them grow personally and academically. You will also help lead electives that help students with their creativity (such as sports, cooking, step team, science, art, and more). Grades are split as follows:
    • K - 2nd Grade
    • 3rd - 5th Grade
    • Middle School (6th - 8th Grade)
  • Program Support Team - Assist staff and volunteer team by serving administratively, either in-person or from home! On-site, we will ask that you help us in assisting with meal preparation for kids and students.
  • Events - Celebrate the milestones in students’ lives by preparing, planning, and executing events. Our annual events include:
    • End of the Year / Graduation Celebration! 
    • Summer Kick Off
    • Back to School Bash
    • Family Fall Festival
    • Thanksgiving Dinner
    • Life Academy Christmas Party

Saturday Program

The Saturday Program focuses on recreation and relationships! Each Saturday, we provide a safe and fun environment for students to enjoy a meal together, hear engaging Bible teaching and story-telling, and participate in recreation, games, and activities!

  • Background checks are required for all applicants age 18 and older.
