Here are some exciting opportunities to GET THERE FIRST in the heart of the City of Riviera Beach! Through our community outreach and partnership with city schools, let’s reach more people for Jesus in Riviera Beach!

Serving Opportunities

The weekday mentoring opportunity focuses on partnership with school staff and creating an environment for students to develop authentic relationships while intentionally learning and living good leadership values. Students and Mentors will have the opportunity to work through 4-week segments of John Maxwell’s values-based leadership development program - iLead.

John F. Kennedy Middle School Mentoring*

  • Mentor - You will help to facilitate learning and growth within a group of about 4-5 students. You will get to build relationships with students and help them grow personally. 
  • Host - You will greet kids as they enter the room and help them feel welcome and safe by connecting them with their mentor. Hosts will get to help set up hospitality and assist with other administrative duties!

Inlet Grove High School*

  • Support Team - You will help host and support weekday afternoon events as we rally students and support Inlet Grove’s school staff. 

*Please note:

  • Background checks are required for all applicants age 18 years and older, run separately by Christ Fellowship and Palm Beach County School District.
  • We ask anyone who has not completed The Journey to make it a goal to complete it as part of your onboarding and training experience. You can register for The Journey by texting “Journey” to 441-441.

Community Outreach

  • Events - Join us in impacting the community by preparing, planning, and executing events. The majority of these are family-friendly!  Monthly opportunities are:
    • 4th Saturday Serve
    • St. George’s Table
    • Heron Estates & Lindsey Davis Community Center
    • Annual city partnership events include:
    • National Night Out 
    • Riviera Beach Police Department Trunk or Treat
